Fleming, president of Wall Street West said, ``We welcome American Communication Enterprises to our family of fast growing companies and savvy investors. ACEN, unlike other broadcast consolidators, plans to use centralization strategies to reduce operating costs while enhancing profitability and efficiency. Additionally, the company proposes to tie the radio station group together with state of the art Internet services allowing for even greater revenue and advertising capabilities. ACEN has already begun by operating four radio stations in the state of Texas on a Time Brokerage Agreement. ACEN expects to execute an Asset Purchase Agreement within the next 10 days to finalize the acquisition of those properties and make application to the FCC for a license transfer. ACEN will pursue a regionally focused acquisition strategy adding clusters of stations across the country and is actively negotiating with two groups in Louisiana and Texas as apart of that strategy. The total number of stations acquired will be a function of availability and marketing feasibility. The current estimated acquisition target is 400 stations. This would make ACEN one of the largest networks in the country.
